Calculator inputs
The calculators run in your browser. This version does not upload or save the numbers you enter to a Jaken server. Downloaded CSV and calendar files are created in your browser and saved only when you choose to download them. Do not put account numbers or other sensitive details into a worksheet you intend to share.
Inquiry form
The contact page embeds Jaken’s existing Jotform inquiry form. Jotform receives information you enter into that form and operates the submission service. The initial form requests name and email. Contact Jaken to arrange the appropriate method for sharing bills or account documents.
Third-party services
Google Fonts supplies web fonts. Jotform supplies the embedded inquiry form. The separate rates.jakenenergy.com marketplace has its own services and privacy policy. These providers may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and referrer information. Review their policies when using their services.
Website analytics
This release retains the existing Google Analytics property for page views and technical usage information. Calculator values and inquiry details are not included in custom analytics events. The previous exit-intent marketing webhook is removed. Normal web hosting logs may contain technical request information.
