Electricity comparison.
Compare current and offered supply costs, including annual fees and seasonal usage.
Based on your entered values
Your scenario will appear here.
Illustrative defaults, not market quotes. Rates are treated as constant. Annual fees are prorated in term comparisons. Twelve-month usage is used when supplied.
Compare like-for-like offers.
Annual supply cost equals annual kWh multiplied by the entered rate in dollars, plus the separate annual fee. If a fee or broker compensation is already embedded in the rate, do not enter it again. The term comparison repeats the same annual usage and rates over the entered months; it does not model future market prices.
Delivery, taxes, demand, capacity, transmission, and riders are excluded unless already included in the entered supply rates. Verify the scope of each offer before comparing. A zero offered rate is mathematically supported, but is not a suggested supplier price.
Keep your comparison useful.
Use the same account scope, commodity, time period, and charge definitions. Save or print the assumptions with the result. Inputs are not uploaded or saved by this calculator.
