Calculator scenarios
Results use the values you enter. They are not live supplier offers, guaranteed savings, an engineering analysis, or a property appraisal. Supply calculators exclude charges not explicitly entered. Demand savings require a reduction in billed demand under the applicable tariff. NOI scenarios count the selected owner-retained share and any entered additional cost.
Procurement and enrollment
Sending an initial inquiry does not authorize an account switch, create a supply contract, or guarantee pricing or service availability. Scope, compensation, authorization, and supplier terms should be agreed separately.
Historical and financing material
The project-finance library is educational background. Current eligibility and financing terms must be confirmed with the relevant provider and qualified professionals. An original publication date is not evidence that a quoted rate or rule remains current.
